The apartment is very comfortable, the location and view are magnificent. The host was always available when required, even on New Years Eve at midnight. You can't go wrong with this.

It exceeded my expectations. The dining area and superb TV, all the amenities, the welcome touch from the guest... A great area for working, eating, watching TV... The bed was already comfortable. Practically unbeatable, I'll be staying there again during my weeks in Zug.

Complete equipment. Big grocery store in the ground floor. Train station is 4 minutes walking away. More shops are nearby. Beautiful lake is 10 min walking away. A good starting point if you want to see Zurich in the north and Lucerne in the south. Ariser is a great host. He sorted the WiFi as fast as possible, because something with the connection didn’t work when checking in. Such a nice gesture to welcome guests with chocolate. Shame we can’t enjoy the wine because we don’t drink. Had a nice stay.

Wonderful experience. Stayed for 10 days for a personal visit in Zug. The apartment is located in a most convenient location, close to shops, lake and train station. It is tastefully furnished and supplied with all necessities for a short term stay. Kind and responsive staff. Very easy check-in and out which was of great importance to me, being not tech savvy. I will definitely consider the place for my future stays in Zug.

First, the bad news: The hallway was under renovation, and there was some trash lying around for days. It wasn't nice. Otherwise, the lady I reached by phone was very nice and helpful; the apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The train line was barely audible with the window closed, and the apartment's location was practically perfect! Just finish that small construction site, and everything will be great! (Original) Das schlechte zuerst: Der Hausflur war in der Renovierung begriffen und es lag tagelang etwas Müll herum. Das war nicht schön. Ansonsten war die Dame, die ich telefonisch erreichte, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Apartment war sauber, geräumig und mit einer schönen Aussicht. Die Bahnlinie war bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum hörbar und die Lage des Apartments nahezu perfekt !!! Macht mal die kleine Baustelle fertig und alles ist dann wirklich top !

Great apartment!! This building truly has charm and the interior is beautifully designed!! We were really impressed. Our short stay in Zug was fantastic, we wish we could have stayed longer! The stay in the apartment was for a business trip. Due to the location, you were quickly at the train station and could reach everything well and on foot. The apartment was very clean and beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Although the bedroom faces the train station, you can't hear the passing trains at all when the window is closed. Communication was also very good, we received all the information in advance and were also able to contact each other if we had any questions or doubts.

The flat is very well finished and in a great location - everything you need is within a 5 minute walk. The host was very responsive whenever I had a minor issue, even on the weekend.
