House Rules

Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damages or losses in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to us.

Booking a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, expenses and legal consequences. Non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
